    Secure Payments and Safe Ordering Privacy

    Hind Fencing understands that you care about how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. Your privacy is important to us and we work to keep your information secure. How Secure Is the Information about me? We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information, in addition to maintaining the security of your information as per the International Standard IS/ISO/IEC 27001 on "Information Technology-Security Techniques- Information Security Management System-Requirements". We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. As per our security procedures, we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You need to protect against unauthorised access to your password and your computer. Be sure to sign out when you finish using a shared computer.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Thank you for shopping. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us in any suitable way and we will guide you. Refunds/Exchange Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or initiate the exchange process depending on the product or your demand. You will receive the credit within, depending on your card issuer's policies. *refund option will not be given in which the payment method is cash on delivery.

    Shipping
