You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us in any suitable way and we will guide you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or initiate the exchange process depending on the product or your demand. You will receive the credit within, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
*refund option will not be given in which the payment method is cash on delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item.
The shipping costs you paid when you ordered the items are refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
